I am a photographer because I love the moment a camera clicks & immortalizes a person, place, or object. Even as a kid, I’ve been fascinated by photography’s ability to capture a moment & make it stand still. I consider myself a generalist in regards to a genre of photography because I’ll photograph anything & everything under the sun.
I feel that by lighting your composition thoughtfully you can create work worth stopping to look at regardless of what the subject/object is. Lighting is an important element in my photography & I am fascinated by how light or the lack of light helps sculpt dimension in a photograph. My work is part of my process to better understand light & its effects
